Rolls Royce car coming towards, preceded by motor cycle escort, it comes to a halt and French President Charles De Gaulle and Madame de Gaulle alight to be welcomed by Sir Winston Churchill and Lady Clementine Churchill. LS. as they all stand talking in the doorway and posing for photographers, they enter the house, followed by other French dignitaries. Various shots. of the crowds outside, with cut-ins of spectators and photographers. LS. as Mme. de Gaulle comes out of the house first, followed by Sir Winston Churchill who shakes hands with President De Gaulle (who is wearing spectacles). The President then leads the way to the car and is seen off by Sir Winston.
