USWNT’s Megan Rapinoe slams FIFA’s ‘unbelievable’ scheduling and pay disparity | Women’s World Cup

Ahead of the USWNT’s World Cup final match vs. Netherlands in Lyon, France, Megan Rapinoe finds it unfathomable that there could be three major soccer finals scheduled on the same day. Along with her match, Brazil play Peru in the Copa America final and following that the USMNT face Mexico in Chicago. Rapinoe blasted the pay disparity between the men’s and women’s game and encouraged even more investment from FIFA once the World Cup is over.
