Cover the entire upper lid using glossier Lid Star in Herb.
Step 2:
Place turquoise in upper inner crease +
navy in the outer corner using Dior Makeup's 5-Couleurs Palette in Cool Down.
Step 3:
Connect the two blues in the center with bright pink using Tom Ford's Shadow Extreme in TFX3 Fuschia.
Step 4:
Mirror the turquoise, pink, and navy along the lower lash line using Sigma Beauty's E32 Exact Blend Brush.
Step 5:
Place gold in the inner corners using Tom Ford's Shadow Extreme in TFX20 Gold.
