Nadine Strittmatter ( September 4, 1984 in Baden AG, Aargau) is a Swiss Lingerie Model.
At 16, Strittmatter took part in the Elite Model Look competition and finished fifth. After finishing school she moved to London and tried to get a contract with a model agency. In order to improve her French skills, she moved to Paris, where she signed up with an agency. Shortly afterwards she was booked by Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano for Chanel and Christian Dior for the first big model assignment.
Since 2002, Strittmatter has been a model on the international scene. She ran in Paris, Milan, Berlin and New York for brands such as Armani, Givenchy and Victoria's Secret. A highlight of the career was the booking by John Galliano as a fitting model for his Dior Haute Couture Collection during a month and the subsequent opening of the show in Paris.
Away from the catwalk, Strittmatter was on the covers of the fashion magazines Vogue, Elle, Maxim, or Harpers Bazaar, worked with photographers such as Peter Lindbergh, Steven Meisel, Steven Klein and Michel Comte to campaign for Pinko, Versus, Wolford and La Perla booked.
Since 2007, Strittmatter has been teaching drama and is increasingly dedicated to film production. Her first short film, Sweet Focus, was shown at the Short Film Corner at the 2011 International Film Festival in Cannes.
Since 2012 Strittmatter has been working with a private management in Switzerland and has been represented internationally since 2014 by NEXT MODEL MANAGEMENT Paris. It is the advertising card for the Ladies Card of the Cornercard as well as MINI (Schweiz) AG and is launching its first self-designed sunglasses collection together with the Swiss luxury brand Strada del Sole in 2014. In addition, she is involved in the design process of the Fabricschrimline cult label.
For years, she has been committed to environmental protection and sustainability in the fashion industry. Since 2012 she is Ambassadrice for myclimate and is committed to the health projects of SolidarMed
