Arthur Miller The Crucible Parallels to today

Playwright Arthur Miller (October 17, 1915 -- February 10, 2005) was born in Harlem, New York City. He earned a Bachelors Degree in English from the University of Michigan in 1938. His pays included All My Sons, Death of a Salesman, The Crucible, A View From the Bridge, After the Fall, and The Price. He wrote the screenplays for several of those plays plus the script for the movie, The Misfits, starring his one-time wife, Marilyn Monroe. He won Tony and Emmy awards and the Pulitzer Prize.
