Anthony Vaccarello Spring 2013 collection is the Belgian designer's third. His woman is confident, sexy and strong. Tom Pecheux, Estee Lauder Creative Makeup Director created a look that was natural but sensual. Tom picked up on a key theme of the collection - water - using a gorgeous turquoise blue liner on the eye.
The hair by Anthony Turner was inspired by French girls, "it's very Vogue Paris". Simple, sexy, but very cool. Exactly the way every girl dreams about looking.
