Barbara Gordon: Hallelujah [DC: Birds of Prey]

Barbara Gordon remembers and longs to be Batgirl again. I think lady Shiva was the best episode of Birds of Prey and I wanted to make a tribute to how amazing the role of Babs was play and how tragic the character is.
