Seattle Premiere of No Woman, No Cry with Christy Turlington Burns

Description On March 16, 2011 Christy Turlington Burns premiered her maternal health documentary, "No Woman, No Cry," at Seattle's Cinerama to an audience of over 750 people. The film was followed by a panel discussion and Q&A moderated by Lisa Cohen, Director of the Washington Global Health Alliance (WGHA). The panel included Dr. Gary Darmstadt, Director of Family Health for the Global Health Program at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; Dr. Chris Elias, President and CEO at PATH; and Dr. Craig Rubens, Founder and Executive Director for the Global Alliance for the Prevention of Prematurity and Stillbirth (GAPPS). The program was presented by the Seattle World Affairs Council and WGHA.
