Emmanuelle Chriqui is one of Entourage's leading ladies, and she's front and center in the season eight debut that airs this Sunday on HBO. We met up with her recently in NYC to find out where the episode picks up in her relationship with Eric, played by Kevin Conollly, who's one of Emmanuelle's real-life best friends. Emmanuelle is also gearing up for the August release of 5 Days of War, which costars Rupert Friend, and teamed up with JewelMint's Celebs Give Back on a charitable initiative to help women in Congo. Despite the busy schedule, Emmanuelle's not antsy for a vacation
