Heroes review

Posted : 11 years, 10 months ago on 16 June 2012 02:36

Absolutely loved this show first season. We were getting to know the characters and there was a sensze of anticipation with every new episode. Unfortunately, it was a slow and steady decline over the next couple of seasons. It became fairly goofy and stretched credibility. At least we got to see some work from the lovely Dawn Olivieri!

My favorite show that was cancelled

Posted : 11 years, 11 months ago on 13 May 2012 03:26

I hate NBC so much, cancelling all sorts of shows and such, I ESPECIALLY hate them all for cancelling this very good show, after 4 seasons... seriously!!? Sometimes, I think of this shows future if it had been with the Syfy Network, you know?

Anyways, this show was awesome, because of the characters (Sylar). I loved them all (Sylar) so much..! The show was very fascinating with their plots and what not.

But there's really not much to say because it's been cancelled... but, I don't bother it anymore, I just don't watch NBC as much now.. And they're still cancelling shows! Seriously. NBC. Seriously.

Whatever, I have all seasons; so suck it NBC! LoL ;D

save the cheerleader... save the world...

i will forever remember "heroes" for that tagline... no matter what.

this tv series follows the belief that human genes have the capability to possess a rare genetic sequence that allows the individual to have extraordinary abilities. dr surresh lived and breathed this theory and he had devoted his entire life to identifying the pattern and locating each of the gene carriers...

in his search, however, he comes across sylar... who wasn't exactly without talent, but who was dr. surresh to know whats inside the mind of a potential serial killer?

this show makes you wonder whether the impossible can be possible in real life...
can people fly? can someone read minds? can i move things without touching them? if they can do it, why can't i?

"This show is a friendly mix between Lost and the 4400. The coincidental connection between the main cast mixed with evolutionary abilities!

I waited for the whole first season to finish before I started to watch them all in a row, which I am quite glad I did. The first few eps were so slow that I defo wouldn't have tuned in every week.

This kind of show requires a constant stream to keep it at the top. It has so much more to offer.

Zachary Quinto has been superb since his introduction in the series and it wouldn't be the same without him.

Keep 'um coming!"

I wrote this review 2/3 years ago and I feel like such a stupid wanker now. Heroes is one of the shittest programmes on television. The creators had a great idea at first and they just flushed it down the toilet. There are too many plot holes, inconsistancies and outrageous goofs to even count.

HURRY UP AND CANCEL THIS SHIT!

I had not watched any of this show until last night (a few days before the show returns with its final episodes of the season), and once I got started, I found it difficult to stop watching!

I knew before I saw any of it that I would enjoy the show, so I made sure I got all episodes of the show, and saved them until I had time to watch. I am SO glad I waited until I had multiple episodes to watch.

This show is excellent. Tim Kring, who also does "Crossing Jordan" (another favourite of mine), has created an extraordinary show that is well written, and has a well-assembled cast...and good special effects.

Each episode leaves me wanting more, and this is a show I will definitely want to add to my collection when it comes out on DVD! This is absolutely one of the best shows on TV today, and I hope it continues as strong as it started, and comes back with a second season as good as the first!

couldn't wait to see it.

When the promos first ran for this, I knew I would like it. When I saw the show, I was right. This is like a grown-up version of a comic book, in the form of a series.

This will be something that I get when it's out on DVD, and I can't wait to see what happens next.
