Why don' t we add comics section???

I want ask to the Listal administrators, as I' m preparing a list to commemorate the recently dead of a master in Italian Comics Sergio Bonelli(the father of Dylan Dog, Martin Mystere, Tex Willer and many others..) Why don' we add a comics section???
As a piece of art must be considered different to books...
And will include manga(or Marvel comics for example) too...
Tell me what you think about it...

Hey now, that's not a fair statement. See this thread wherein I advocated very strongly for comics/magazines, among other things. I also included a suggestion here. It's just that there are so many features to be added to the site, they can't all be addressed pronto.

Vote on the suggestion for now. I am quite relieved that someone else is as passionate about such a platform as I am.

I vote for a comics section, too. They should be separated from books, although in some cases the boundaries between the two media are imperceptible.

Graphic novels fit nicely in Books, of course. Comics/Magazines would still be great as a section.

Are comics ok in books? I know there are a few in like that because I have a few issues in because I searched for Shazam because I have the DC archives and a few issues of Power of Shazam are also listed in there. I have recently been considering entering in mass all of my comics which would be 1000's of entries. I am uncertain if I have the energy and time to do this though, especially if they may end up getting deleted. I need to go through my comics anyway soon, sort them out and catalog them. I could do this at the same time. Please advise.

I am also debating whether or not to include digital copies of comics, books, and games to my collection or rather even the individual books, comics, games, and films in multi titled collections.

I don't see anything wrong with discussing comic books in this forum. Why should we have to create another forum when we can discuss them right here?

I believe it is requested that there be another media field separate from books to list comics in.

So I started adding some of my comics, I have 1000s, but man after a few I felt so worn I don't know if I should continue. My coics are a mess, thoroughly unorganized, I just grabbed a small pile. If there were a feature specific to comics we could have separate fields for writer, penciler, inker volume and the lot filling them all. Is something like this in the works??

I've got my comics in an Excel spreadsheet, but I've only added some of my trade paperbacks to listal.
