What's the history behind your username?

mine's my name

I stumbled across Dionysus as the son of Zeus whilst writing an essay on the inherent nature of children. He is the god of wine, nature, art, mischief and impulsion. Representing the wild willful child with grubby knees that I wish i was more of.


As a comment to some replies a few hours back;
When I was in Japan friends I made out there insisted on being called 'Japs' or 'Yellow Monkeys' and in return calling me and my friends 'Milky' they thought it was hillarious that we could possibly find it offensive. Although I am aware that is not likely to be a widely held view :-)

D.C., I think 'Japs' is more derogatory towards japanese-americans than perhaps real japanese. besides, i've seen some of the TV shows they air in Japan, and I don't they can possibly find anything offensive anymore. :)

I am going to learn Japanese during college and live in Japan for a year or so, jst to see what its like there, then I will work on exploring Australia for no real reason for 3 years(Actually, I will be studying animals and taking photographs, painting and drawing things and taking in a bit'o'nature... and maybe right a book like that other dude did... what was it called... I forgot!)
Then I am gunna go to all sorts of places and do all sorts of stuff.
This will be helpful for near every job I want. Biologist, study animals and plantlife around in different areas. Sketch Artist, Sketch animals and plants. Painter, Paint beautiful scenes of nature. Vet, learn about rare herbs and shit. Graphic Novelist/Cartoonist, Scenery to hel design settings, meet different people for different clothing and hair ideas. Writer, get a few nonfiction works and then bring out the big guns(Fiction) lolz!

Granted, the Japanese didn't create them, but they took it to whole new levels of sickness.

I'm going a bit off topic, but this reminds me of something I noticed. I've known Moz La Punk on here for a while (i think he joined around same time as I did) and his reviews are professional grade - i mean he does run his own game review site. Yet I seem to be the only one voting for his game reviews:

There's way too many 'OMG THIS GAME ROX!!' reviews, and not enough of Moz's quality, so please show some support by voting for the good reviews you come across on Listal.

ok, back on topic. I mentioned my name is from my fave car I've ever owned, a '92 Prelude right? :)

I was thinking of adding HTML links to some of the better reviews into some of my lists, like the IMDb Top250 list, or Best Gamecube Games lists, and so on. Give particular great reviews a bit more exposure, and also improve the lists some more.
