Unable to Rate Movie / Mark as "Watched"

I am unable to rate the movie "Duel" or mark it as "watched."
I was, however, able to add tags and a review. I am using Chrome, but this is also happening when I use MS Edge.
Additionally, when I look at my profile, the only action showing up in my timeline is the review I posted.

To tag onto an existing issue, this is happening to quite a few titles. I have several which I have tried to rate and mark as watched. When you rate, it acts as though it's reading the rating by lighting up the stars. But it doesn't light up the "Watched" button. When you click on the "Watched" button it lights up as you click it, but then goes dark again. Then if you refresh the page, the stars on the rating are no longer lit up. It also now seems to be affecting the "Add to List" button as well. If I scroll down, the page, it will show where I have added these titles to some of my lists, but if I click on the button, the title doesn't show up there as being on any list. For me, this seems to affect mostly made for TV movies.

it is really annoying... if you add one of these movies in a list with some comments, the comments are now gone....
