14 years ago at May 5 22:12 - In an effort to keep site suggestions/feedback/ideas organised and keep track of them I have created a Suggestions page.
The suggestions are limited to 140 characters (like twitter) to encourage concise writing, although larger comments can be added if needed. Suggestions can be voted on so I can see which are popular.
I will be able to mark suggestions as complete when they are implemented.
The main listal forum can be still be used to get help, post errors in the database, bugs or post any other feedback but I would also encourage posting in the suggestions database as well.
I would really appreciate if you have added any suggestions on here before to add it to the new suggestions database.

14 years ago at May 6 10:35 - Could it also be possible to vote down a suggestion? Even bad suggestions will eventually get enough votes over time for consideration. You could have 5 people that want something and then 37 that think it's a bad idea, but only the 5 votes will be reflected.

Edit: vs like the idea only a little (less than thirty others) And if the negative votes is implemented please keep count of it seperately.

But, just because an idea has like.. 30 votes, doesn't mean it will happens; and an idea with 5 votes could happen... i think it all depends on what Tom can or is able/want to do. But yes, i see his point =)

13 years, 11 months ago at May 28 22:49 - I was just typing up a big paragraph on putting in the ability to lock suggestions that have been implemented when I saw that you have about nine that are marked as completed, including my "Bring back the Listal widgets!" suggestion. Nice work. By the way, where are the Listal widgets? Perhaps they should be made easier to find.

13 years, 11 months ago at May 29 0:36 - There is a link for custom list widgets under the vote box of any custom list, there are also widgets links for standard lists at the bottom of every page in the 'Share this list with widgets and rss feeds' yellow box. If you mean general widgets for a user then these might be coming in the future but if there isn't already a suggestion for them it might be worth making one.
