In Casper, Dan Akroyd dressed as a Ghostbuster runs outside of the mansion screaming "Don't call us!"
In Fanboys, Jay and Silent Bob appear at a gas station as their respective character.
If I think of any other examples, I will post them.. Any help is great, thank you in advance!
