Saddest movie you have ever seen..

Pay it Forward- It was shameless how they ended that movie.

agreed on Pay it Forward. But it was too manipulative for me, so I deleted it from my brain.

Breaking The Waves is the saddest movie for me. I have watched it twice so far and the impact was the same both times.

Platoon. Always makes me cry and my favorite movie of all times.

Have to agree with Charles on Bridge to Terabithia...very sad, but beautiful ending.

Lassie Come Home, A Dog of Flanders - both originals
I've seen Lassie Come Home at least 30 times in my life and still cry baby when Toots dies and at the end of the movie while Lassie is waiting at the school yard, the floodgates really open. My neck even grabs. How dumb, not like I dont know whats going to happen. I think the soundtrack helps it along too. Those old movies can really use music to move you also

Speaking of dog movies, My Dog Skip was probably the saddest dog movie I've seen.

That would be My Sister's Keeper, even though I dislike how they changed the ending.
