Here's some parts of News stories..

Heath Ledger was photographed in London on Saturday on the set of his latest movie, "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus." The movie, directed by Terry Gilliam, was due to be released next year. He was found dead today in his apartment in New York. He was 28. He was found dead in his bed in one of his residences in Soho by his housekeeper at 3:35 PM ET today. Law enforcement sources say they believe it was not a crime, adding that prescription pills were found near his body.
According to NYPD a masseuse arrived at Ledger's apartment and was let in by a housekeeper. When Ledger didn't answer his bedroom door, the housekeeper and the masseuse opened it and found him unconscious. They attempted to wake him; when they couldn't, they called 911.

We're told when paramedics responded, the actor was in full cardiac arrest. They attempted to perform CPR on him, but were unsuccessful. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 28-year-old actor has a two year old daughter with former fiancee Michelle Williams -- they separated in September, 2007. He plays The Joker in the upcoming Batman film, "The Dark Knight" and is perhaps best known for his groundbreaking role as Ennis in "Brokeback Mountain."
Law enforcement has confirmed prescription pills were strewn around Heath Ledger's bed. The cops are waiting for the Medical Examiner.
Law enforcement says Ledger's body was found face down on the bedroom floor. There are no visible signs of any trauma.

It's so depressing and such a waste of life and talent. I've already decided I'm going to add every movie he was in to my dvd collection

I was so shocked... between this and Brad Renfro a couple of weeks ago, it's rather disheartening.

There are others saying that his role as the Joker was hard on him. He found it tough to do such a dark character. -shrug- I'm not sure whether that has any validity.

I've heard some things since that last post. You guys know he was getting into the role of Rip Van Winkle up until now, right? Not that suicide was the deal - inforced ingestion could have had something to do with it (and that's murder). There's really no confirmation until a news station that has no affiliation with 24 Hours News and/or FOX covers it. You hear more official things on the street.

All I've been hearing is that it may have been an accidental overdose or a reaction to the pills and that he had been taking them because he had sleeping problems and he had pneumonia.

Although I don't really like speculating about these things because it's still a tragedy either way. I feel sorry for his family having to mourn but hearing it from the media all the time.

Yeah, I don't think they've released the autopsy results yet.. but to me it sounds like an accidental overdose, which makes his death even more tragic. I seriously doubt that these characters he has chosen to play and all of these recent references to death that the media is coming out with have anything to do with it.. at least I hope so.

I'm just fingering some unbiased facts. No drowziness in it, but no energy either. There's still irony involved whether or not it's directly responsible. A symbolic death is, and I say this with utter sincerity (not to put anyone down), kind of cool. I find the nature of events surrounding some famous deaths fascinating. Tragedy has a lot of points to it beyond the emotional cleansing. What many movies are Heath's name attached to?
