LoginReporting a Duplicate Account - Creating An Error

www.listal.com/salma-hayec
using "report this item."
When I clicked the duplicate profile choice and entered the correct profile:
www.listal.com/salma-hayek
I received an error saying "item not found."
However, when I clicked the choice "Delete - page should be deleted" and entered the reason why - it's a duplicate of the correct profile, added the URL of the correct profile to reinforce my reasoning, it went through without a problem.
For IT geek purposes, I'm using Chrome as a browser, recently updated, and Windows 11.
