Angel Eyes from The Good, The Bad and the Ugly

You don't need reasons to back. Thanks buddy.

Alonzo Harris
Played by Denzel Washington
Training Day
Alonzo is a highly decorated cop from Los Angeles who is given a new rookie to take under his wing. The day starts off fine as he quickly builds up a rapport with Hoyte, however his motives are not sound. He totally manipulates Hoyte to do his dirty work as we finally find out that Alonzo is the most crooked cops on the coast. Its good to see Denzel playing a different role.
Most notorious act was killing an unarmed man in his house and blaming it on his rookie partner who doesn’t see eye to eye with him.
John Milton (the Devil)
Played by Al Pacino
Devil’s advocate
Being the devil as a starter means he is gonna be a great villain but the things John Milton does makes him a insidious character. As the head of a law firm, his morals are already brought into question. He also rapes his new employee’s wife aswell as coerces his son and daughter to have sex to create the new anti-Christ. I think Al pacino is exactly what the devil would look like in human form.
Most Notorious act: corrupting and defiling everyone he comes into contact with.
Alec Trevelyan
Played By Sean Bean
Goldeneye
Best bond villain in my lifetime. 006 was an MI6 agent who betrayed his colleague, James, by faking his death and then secretly plotting to takeover the EM satellites in orbit. He would use these weapons to create a new era of terrorism around the globe and no one could stop him. He had many ties with the underworld and was willing to kill anyone who got in his way.
Most notorious act: Weaving his way into government agencies and taking control of the Goldeneye satellites.
Lord Cutler Beckett
Played By Tom Hollander
Pirates of the Caribean – Dead man’s Chest
Sinister British Villain and my favourite character from Pirates of the Caribean. Beckett was a powerful enemy for Sparrow and his crew because he controlled most of the Royal Navy with his dealing with the East India Trading Company. He portrayed everything as a business transaction and didn’t see the error of his choices when it resulted in murder or cruelty. He was ruthless, manipulative, smug and managed to screw everyone over for personal gain. I expect that in a film villain.
Most notorious act was when he tried to wipe out all the pirates just so he could control the seven seas.
I’d like to back Vincent and Don.

I'm willing to back Alonzo Harris.

Max Cady
played by Robert De Niro
Cape Fear (1991)
I want to nominate Max Cady from "Cape Fear (1991)". Robert De Niro portraits this person almost likeable in the beginning, what makes his actions even more shocking and mean. As a released prisoner he blames his lawyer Sam Bowden(Nick Nolte) for his suffering. Bowden withheld evidence in Cady's process, because he was shocked by the brutality of the crime. Now Cady slowly subverts the family idyll of the Bowdens. What looks like harmless trickery in the beginning soon grows into mean fight for life and death.
Most notorious act:
Beating and brutally raping one of Bowden's colleagues

Little Bill Daggett
played by Gene Hackman
Unforgiven
As the Sheriff of the town he is supposed to be a good guy. But Bill Daggett (who is a wellknown former gunslinger) exploits his position for his own gain. He lets the brutal violater of a prostitute get away with a low punishment, which causes a major upset among the other women in the saloon.
Most notorious act (SPOILER!):
Flagellating and killing Ned Logan (Morgan Freeman) and decorating his dead body in the street.
Owen Davian
played by Philip Seymour Hoffman
Mission: Impossible III
In one of the best movie opening scenes ever Davian threatens to kill the wife (Michelle Monaghan) of Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) if he doesn't deliver what he wants ("The Rabbit's Foot). He counts to 10 and althoug Hunt insists that he has just done that, but Davian shoots her anyway. For this scene alone Davian should be mentioned here. When the movie continues the back story to this is shown. Davian is an intelligent villain, threatening Hunt and his wife throughout.
Most notorious quote:
"Who are you? What's you're name? Do you have a wife? A girlfriend? Because if you do, I'm gonna find her. I'm gonna hurt her. I'm gonna make her bleed, and cry, and call out your name. And then I'm gonna find you,and kill you right in front of her."

I'll back Little Bill Daggett. Thanks guys.

Alright.
First I want to make another nomination:
Jijii
played by Shinya Tsukamoto
Ichi the Killer
This unconspicuous man is way too friendly. And indeed he is up to somethin.
*attention, there be spoilers*
With the help of hypnosis he brings the young Ichi under his control and forces him to commit savage murders. Jijii tells Ichi to create one carnage after another and by that he systematically decimates the local yakuza. But he also creates serious trauma in Ichi.
Most notorious act:
He takes off his jacket and it becomes clear that he is heavily muscled. Then he beats the hell out of another yakuza. *end of spoilers*
And I would like to back:
The Joker from the Dark Knight
Vincent from Collateral
John Doe from Se7en
Anton Chigurh from No Country for Old Men
Captain Vidal from Pan's Labyrinth
Asami Yamazaki from Audition
Bill the Butcher from Gangs of New York
Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs
Agent Smith from The Matrix
Lee Woo-jin from Oldboy
Darth Vader from Star Wars
Mr. Blonde from Reservoir Dogs
Kevin from Sin City
The White Witch from The Chronicles of Narnia
The Penguin from Batman Returns
The Riddler from Batman Forever
John Milton from The Devil's Advocate
Jigsaw from Saw
Edgar from Men In Black

I'd also like to back:
Agent Smith
Erik 'Magneto' Lensharr
Sgt. Bob Barnes
Shang Tsung
Kazuo Kiriyama
Asami Yamazaki
Alonzo Harris
Lee Woo-jin
I'll nominate:
Omura
Portrayed by Masato Harada
The Last Samurai
He's hardly the most fearsome of enemies, but his snivelling demeanour and callous mannerisms on the field of battle make him a sleaze of the highest order. Worm-tonguing the already pathetic emperor and ordering the execution of his already defeated opponents rank highly on his list of misdemeanours.
Notorious act: Ordering the gattling guns to keep on firing at the fallen samurai. His moustache is a close second.
James "Clubber" Lang
Portrayed by Mr T.
Rocky III
Arguably my favourite Rocky foe, Clubber Lang is the most obnoxious of all of Rocky's opponents. He is loud, crass and utterly disrespectful to The Champ and anyone associated with him. He almost forces Rocky out of the game for good, which would be a crying shame. Even the mild mannered Apollo hates his guts. We see he is a merciless animal in his bouts leading up to Rocky, and he even has the punches to back up his mouth.
Most Notorious Act: Killing Mighty Micky Goldmill :(
Le Tenia
Portrayed by Jo Prestia.
Irreversible
Pretty much the most despicable human being ever represented on the big screen. Le Tenia is a violent pimp who revels in chaos and immorality. It's probably fair to say that he has ruined a fair few lives in his day, and he chalks up another three during the course of the film.
Most notorious act: Raping an innocent woman and then beating her into a coma.

Definitely backing Le Tenia.

I'm backing Clubber and Omura. Aswell as John Milton.
We now have 20 villains for the list. Check it to see who.

Portrayed by Jeremy Irons.

Die Hard with a Vengeance
Holding the city of New York hostage just to earn some more cash, Simon’s intricate plan manages to create anarchy throughout the city-state and a new headache for John McClane. To shield his overall plan, he claims to be doing it all in an act of vengeance for his late brother but when it turns out he is after nothing but the money, we learn that Simon isn’t as noble as we would have thought.
Most Notorious Act: Putting a ‘bomb’ in a school and then calling up the local radio to cause mass hysteria in a city already on the brink of tearing itself apart.
Portrayed by Robert Carlyle.

Trainspotting
I can't help but laugh everytime I see one of Begbie's fits of rage but by God he is frightening. Actively looking for violence with anyone and would glady stick a knife in his friend's backs. Carlyle’s angry Scotsman doesn’t respect anyone and uses people to his black hearts content.
Most Notorious Act: Chucking a pint glass over a balcony which hits a young lady just to start a bar brawl.
Portrayed by Timothy Dalton.

Hot Fuzz
Skinner immediately alludes himself as a suspicious individual by appearing at crime scenes with impeccable knowledge of what has gone on. We eventually find out that Skinner has committed savage crimes in the name of the Greater Good.
Most Notorious Act: Being part of a murderous village-wide conspiracy to rid it of outsiders and vagrants to keep up the charade of it being the perfect village.
Portrayed by Dean Jones.

Beethoven
A dog & puppy killer. He would be in the same circle of hell as Cruella! Varnick's homely and almost charming manner is what creates such a sinister adversary. He manages to stage the perfect plan to get his hands on a St. Bernard which shows he is willing to do anything to get what he needs.
Most Notorious Act: Experimenting on all breeds of dog with ruthless and unethical tests.
Portrayed by Tim Robbins.

Arlington Road
Blending into the suburban dream, Lang masquerades as an architect family man (who is secretly planning to attack a federal building with the unknowing aid of his innocent, yet easily blameable, neighbour). As we see the plot evolve, we can tell that Lang has second guessed every notion of his plan and doesn’t intend for it to fail.
Most Notorious Act: Executing and getting away with the most ingenious terrorist plot.
Portrayed by Ricardo Montalban.

Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan
During the Eugenics War, Khan was ruler of over a third of Earth where he lead a peaceful existence until his downfall where he become a merciless tyrant. Khan was a genetically engineered augment who was made to have the perfect mind and physical attributes however this left him cold to people inferior to him. Khan was eventually bested by James Kirk and marooned on a desolate planet where he would plan his revenge for 15 years.
Now he is space bound, Khan can think of nothing else than taking his revenge on Kirk and setting off the genesis device which will terraform a planet and destroy anything in near by.
Most Notorious Act: Committing his life to revenge on those who have wronged him.
Portrayed by Will Patton.

The Postman
Bethlehem conscripts men against their will to join his fascist army which wanders the wastes of America defeating anyone who is willing to oppose them and pillages all settlements that they come across for supplies. When word of the Government being restored reaches him, Bethlehem goes on a strenuous and vindictive trek across the land to find out if its true and who started it.
Most Notorious Act: Ruling the post-apocalyptic America with fear and an Iron-fist.

Friday the 13th Series
Traumatized as a young boy for being hideously deformed, Jason was destined to have a hard life. Most Notorious Act: Tearing off a man’s lower jaw and then leaving him for dead beside the road.

Backing Begbie and Simon Gruber.
Nominating:
Percy Wetmore - The Green Mile
Death row is a place for reverence and respect, most of the Green Mile prison guards understand this. Most, but not Percy Wetmore. Wetmore has no redeeming qualities, he is cowardly, perverse and only picks fights with those who cannot fight back.
Most Notorious Act: Sending a guy to the electric chair without his head sponge, essentially melting him to death.
The Duke - Moulin Rouge
Mincing, slightly effeminate, sex-crazed weasel look alike. The Duke develops an obsession for courtesan Satine. The Duke has no scruples and will sabotage anything that gets in the way of his possession of Satine, not even the fact she is in love with another man.

Sporting a superb moustache and one of the best hats available to man. Who doesn't love Hook?
Most Notorious Act: Attempted murder of Peter Pan, brainwashing Jack Banning.

I also want to back Percy Wetmore.

The 3 villain nomination precursor is due to change soon. So for you new fish wanted to swim in the big pond. Be ready.
The 3 villain nomination precursor is due to change soon. So for you new fish wanted to swim in the big pond. Be ready.

I'm backing Bellatrix in that case. She's everything I want to be.

Mitsuko Souma

Portrayed by Kou Shibasaki in Battle Royale
As seen in flashbacks, Mitsuko was abused as a child and because of this she wasn’t a stranger to murder. So when she was thrown into Battle Royale, she had what it took to kill for her own survival. She never hesitated when she had someone in her grasp and never showed any sign of genuine fear, although she inspired it in others.
Most notorious act: Seducing boys and then killing them.
Christof

Portrayed by Ed Harris in The Truman Show
The puppetmaster himself, who literally controlled every aspect of another human beings life. Although he wasn’t barbarous in his attempt to keep the wool over Truman’s eyes. He manipulated it in a way that Truman never got what he truly wanted. When it came to Truman’s reckoning, he gave up all the illusions just to get his star back in front of the camera by asking him to give up his free-will.
Most notorious act: Doing everything in his power to stop Truman from leaving Seahaven and leading a normal life.
The Phantom

Portrayed by Gerard Butler from Phantom of the Opera
Rejected from birth Phantom grew up alone and starved of love in the underbelly of an Opera house. That is until his eyes fell upon young Christine. She becomes his last hope at holding onto any form of humanity and finally getting the affection he so craves.
Most notorious act: Murdering several people in his efforts to make Christine his and making her choose between a life spent with him, or freedom at the cost of her fiancés life.
Francis Costello

Portrayed by Jack Nicholson from The Departed
Costello is a demented yet esteemed individual. One moment is a portrait of culture, then other times he is walking around covered in blood without batting an eyelid. As the head of the Underworld, he has ties in all sorts of unscrupulous dealings. This alone makes him a user of people as well as someone who is willing to kill for his own self-preservation.
Most notorious act: Even though he is head of mob, Costello is in fact an FBI informant and is willing to use that immunity to get all his men sent down.
Combo

Portrayed by Stephen Graham from This is England
After being released from prison, Combo comes looking for his old chums to relive their glory days as Skinheads. Although times have changed and they don’t all believe in right-wing fascism, he manages to manipulate some of them to join him on a crusade to terrorise the local non-white citizens.
Most notorious act: Viciously beating a would-be friend to near death, after baiting him with questions that would intentionally wind himself up.
Idi Amin

Portrayed by Forest Whitaker from Last King of Scotland
Extremely unpredictable and intimidating. The Ugandan president is a lethal and uncompromising villain. He coaxes a young Scottish doctor into his inner circle and then doesn’t understand when the boy fears he has gotten in too far. As a military man, he sanctioned various inhuman acts against people who perceived as traitors and guerrillas. He shows very little concern for the thoughts of others, as he knows he is capable of destroying their lives with a click of his finger.
Most notorious act: Mutilating his wife for being unfaithful.
