Irksome glitch with adding items

OK, now this 'glitch' has been around for awhile and I figure it something only Tom can fix. So, for the most part I just avoid adding items this way to avoid the hassle. Still, sometimes I forget..

So, let me see if I can explain this without screen shots...

When I go to add movies from a specific directed. I go to that directors page. Click on "Movies directed by..."

I then put a check mark on the films I want to add to a list and the magic green box shows up at the bottom were I can add the items to a list or create a new list.

I pick a few films and use the magic green area to add them to a list I already have created.

Now the fun part...

That list has sections and the films are automatically added to section "1" which is fine and normal but if I try to move the film to any other section, it will revert the films to section "1" each and every single time.

Can't move them to any other section... so... I delete the item and used the "Rearrange & add items" list function to find and add the film to section "2".

A work-around fix... but still glitchy.

Ah but if for some reason that I now decide to move that film from section "2" to section "3" it won't budge and I have to again... remove the item and re-add it to the list.

Not a huge issue just really annoying when I forget and use the 'magic green box'. For now I'll just stick a post-it note to my screen as a reminder to not add things that way ;)

I'm having this same issue...only it's with a picture list: Creatures of Grimm.

I did the whole 'Green Box of Death' thing before reading this, and then tried to add the pictures I wanted to a second section using the 'Rearrange Items' feature. The pictures show up when I search for them with the URL, but once I click the little green plus mark, they don't actually add to the list.

They just sit there and stare at me-laughing maniacally, I presume. Any help with this?
