The answer has been given, repeatedly.

There's no need to stop them completely. If you folks want to discuss Naruto, I'm not going to try and tell you *not* to. But it would help enormously if you checked for recent threads on the topic you want to discuss, before creating a needless duplicate (some threads have been duplicated several times over), and stick to posting to when you actually *have something to say*, so you cut out on threads like, as an example: "Who likes Naruto? I do!". I know I don't have to read the threads individually, but, posting inane stuff like that means the boards quickly fill with pointless nonsense, so sifting through the threads to find a half decent one becomes a bit of a chore. It's not rocket science, and these considerations have been asked for, quite politely, months ago - so, now, the fact that certain of you are *deliberately* carrying on and pissing others off, and then bleating about the consequences they're now finding, is doing you no good.

I'm not a fan of Naruto. I personally think the anime is lame and unoriginal but my friends thinks it a okay anime.
They also say that all the fans of Naruto are really freaking stupid and the main page of listal shows this and why I encourage any other post now.
