Ehm... Promotion is not working

My list reached 10 votes about 45 minutes ago

But it doesn't appear on the front page. Why?

The amounts to promote will move up as time goes on :) The second promotion point is set to 11 at the moment.

Just to clarify - do you mean that older lists have larger vote intervals between amounts needed for promotion whereas newer lists will have the standard promotion landmarks? Or that Listal as a whole will change the amounts needed for promotion as the years go by and we see what seems fitting? I'm thinking the latter as it seems to make more sense to me.

Yep the latter, as voting activity increases the gaps will increase, originally it was promotion at 2 votes then intervals of 4 after that.
