Susan Backlinie was an American actress and stuntwoman. She played the first shark attack victim ("Chrissie") in Steven Spielberg's 1975 blockbuster film "Jaws". She died from a heart attack at her home in Ventura, California, on May 11, 2024, at the age of 77.
