Phillip O'Riley grew up in San Diego, California where he had his first acting performance in an Elementary School play at the age of 11 in "Oh, California!". Phillip discovered that he immensely enjoyed performing and followed this up by taking acting classes in middle school, high school, and in college. In college, Phillip O'Riley took on Improvisational Theatre classes where he found positive reactions from audiences and joined the independent improvisation group S.T.I.C.
