Drowned in Paris on her last day of filming for Judoka-Secret Agent (1966). She was being driven back to the set after lunch by Henri Garcin in his MGB sports car when he pressed the accelerator instead of the brake. The car plunged into the river and Patricia was drowned. Henri Garcin was able to escape and survived.
