Model best known for becoming embroiled in a catfish scandal with NBA player Chris Andersen. They began a relationship after she lied about her age, pretending to be 21 when she was in fact 17. Roxanne began a modeling career, gaining over 470,000 followers on Instagram in the process. An aspiring model at 17, she came to the spotlight after a correspondence with Andersen which resulted in an investigation by the ICAC. Police investigations determined that their messages were being moderated and altered by a third person, Shelly Lynn Chartier, who created fake profiles of both of them.
