Perfection!
This album is the voice of our generation, certainly an instant classic. Kurts vocals were brilliant, Hard and Raunchy yet at times soft and soothing. This album will not soon be forgotten.

"Songs from the album, Nevermind By Nirvana #21- "Stay Away" "

""Punk rock should mean freedom," Kurt Cobain said in an interview just as he was becoming alt-rock's self-canceling messiah. Though he was embarrassed by its slick sound, Nevermind went off like a grenade in the American mainstream, turning junior-high dances into mosh pits with music that embodied Cobain's dream of punk rock that the metal kids he grew up around in rural Washington could love."

"The punk revolution, part two One of the most overanalyzed albums in history, Nevermind is best appreciated for its simpler charms — scattershot rage wrapped in punk fury and crisp pop melodicism. Weirdly, it made listeners feel thoroughly alive. Kurt Cobain loathed it, but it’s often better to trust the art rather than the artist. Standout tracks: “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” “Lithium”"

" Time on chart: February 8-April 11, 1992 Genres: Grunge, Rock, Alternative Rock"
“After this iconic album, grunge/alternative rock/metal boomed! It was the beginning of new era for hard rock and heavy metal world. Unfortunately, we can not find 80's and 90's quality and soul in today's music. Instead of nice melodies, distortion and growl have become popular.” read more

"A twisted wit, a contempt for the global megamall and tunes part Black Sabbath, part Beatles: It wouldn’t be fair to ask for more from an album. Standout track: “Smells Like Teen Spirit”"

""Smells Like Teen Spirit" Runner up: "Come as You Are""
