フランプトンズ・キャメル解散後ソロ名義で出したライブアルバム。彼の作品の中で最高傑作。数あるライブアルバムの中でも極めて優れた作品として現在も売れ続けている。逆にこの作品が優れすぎていて、後に出すスタジオアルバムが、全て霞んでしまったのも事実。
