This band I had first heard about when they preformed on last call. After listening to "A Balloon Called Moaning" I decided to check out the Big Roar. 2011 debut album from the leaders of the Nu-gaze guitar scene. The album follows a year that has seen them move from tipped outsiders to band most likely to. Numerous festival appearances followed by a rampage across the UK as headliners of the NME Radar Tour has had tongues wagging and seen lead singer Ritzy feted everywhere from the NME Cool List to The News Of The World's Fabulous Magazine as a pop star in waiting.
