2018: Films I've Watched in February (24 movies items)"First Watched 2/14/2018 I liked the last installment but I think this film is a step up for our couple's journey if I had to give it a score it would be a 8.5 it doesn't quite reach the levels of the first film but it is still a great film :) Where it falls short from the original is the interactions between our two lovebirds are still great some feel a bit more forced. What I mean is while several lines seem in line and natural to our characters others seem to be lines that the creators wante"

Linklater again showcases the long, uninterrupted takes which works due to Hawke and Delpy’s chemistry and commitment. While there’s that moment when the couple squabble for God knows how long, that you just want them to shut up, (of course, they make up by complimenting each other), the movie does end in a high note. And now it’s a trilogy. "
