Wow... I was the first person to rate this movie and, right now, only 5 users have rated it so it is definitely an obscure flick. Anyway, Harvey Keitel got many ups and downs in his career and it is above all thanks to Tarantino that he made a come-back in the 90's. He starred in this flick a year before 'Pulp Fiction' with another unknown star back then, Viggo Mortensen. I thought it was a decent cop drama and I was entertained throughout the whole thing but unfortunately, the plot was pretty generic, I'm afraid. I must say, it was also rather weird to have 2 American actors playing the lead when the story was actually taking place in England but it didn't bother me too much. Still, I just love those actors and it was rather fun to watch them in such an unknown feature. To conclude, it is nothing really amazing whatsoever, but it remains a decent movie and it is definitely worth a look, especially if you have a weak spot for Harvey Keitel and Viggo Mortensen.
