The Houses October Built review

Posted : 9 years, 5 months ago on 26 October 2014 10:28

So this is a remake of a documentary film of the same name and also directed by Bobby Roe again. It stars the same people, but this time around they made it into a fictional version. I have to say that actually sounds kind of interesting. The concept itself is pretty interesting. Of course haunted houses are supposed to be scary, but when you add a killer into the mix then it's something far worse. Obviously these guys haven't seen land of the Dead. The paintball scene was pretty cool and would be something I would definitely want to do. The porcelain girl was really interesting and had a nice unique design. I definitely don't think I want to go into a haunted house alone that's for damn sure. While the movie itself wasn't all that scary the idea of it is nerve wrecking. It's pretty crazy to think that any haunted house you go to might actually have some pretty disturbed people working there. Hell people might even find ways to sneak in and do things to people. It's a twisted world we live in where many things are unfortunately possible. Something I noticed that went unanswered is the two guys that told them about the Blue Skeletons. Were they involved or was there a real Blue Skeletons place that wasn't sick and disturbed. Anyways it's a decent movie. It could have been a bit better though. It definitely makes you more nervous about haunted houses though in my opinion.
