“Escentially it's quite better than the first part, mostly because its not only a about an apparently nobody beating some bad guys in the streets or even, like other movies of the style, getting over a whole organization, and although this does happen at the beginning, the movie takes its time to build a better conflict that doesnt border on the ridiculous, in the first movie we have this russian mafia with a cliché psychopath villain and in this we have some former agents that were involucrated with the protagonist in his past, which makes the conflict make more sense and it doesn't seem like he's just getting into a problem that has nothing to do with him, and also his life was already at risk anyway.
