“Even though this movie had been a major critical and commercial flop, for some reasons, I still wanted to check it out though. First of all, I have to admit I haven’t read any of the books in The Dark Tower series and, to be honest, I have actually never really been a huge fan of Stephen King’s work. However, the idea of King writing a story over 8 books for about 30 years for some reason did sound fascinating to me and the damned thing definitely had some potential. Unfortunately, they obviously completely messed up this adaptation though. The first bewildering thing, at least to me, was the fact that, from this huge epic saga, they delivered a movie lasting only 90 mins. The Worst Book Adaptations 
Failed movie franchises part 2 (175 movies items)" Note: There was a lot of high hopes to adapt Stephen King's Dark Tower books into a movie franchise. They had high hopes that this movie would kick off a franchise. Sadly, the movie got bad reviews and was a box office disappointment. It's unlikely that we are going to get any more sequels. "

Películas Vistas en 2018 (79 movies items)"Que desperdicio, el 2017 fue un gran año para los fanáticos de Stephen king pues muchas de sus obras fueron adaptadas algunas mejores que otras pero esta desde luego es la peor de todas. Partiendo del hecho de aprovechar el nombre de no solo la mejor novela del autor sino también de los actores que dan vida a los personajes de la película, todo eso para entregar una película monótona donde lo ocurrido puede resumirse en una frase, para mas la película esta desvinculada del libro en varias"
