Description:
A young woman battling cancer faces her demons in another dimension in this unsentimental, sci-fi short film. Anne is stuck in her mother’s house and stuck in her body while she fights a disease that seems determined to kill her. It’s not surprising then that she creates another world to escape into where she is a superhero with all the power she needs to fight the evil that is attacking her. What is surprising is the lawn boy, who might be more than just an annoying distraction from her escapism.
