Need I say anything about the writer and director? I mean they are going to be around for all of these. At least this is a topic I can get by. I mean I love horror. Sometimes Disney gets it right and makes it enjoyable. Hopefully this is one of those times. Frank C. Turner has made his return to the series as well it seems. Oh will you look at this a look into the past. Well witchcraft and ghosts makes sense. Is he really using his staff like a witch's broom? That ghost pup is definitely looking like Casper. Yeah that deputy is super clumsy. Also I seriously doubt police are allowed to do that especially for kids. Hip Hop bunny outfits lol. The Halloween Hound is way cooler than the dumb warlock. Hell yeah the Monster Mash! That song never gets old. A Capuchin yay! I like that the kids actually have more to do with the story this time instead of just introductory characters for the puppies. This actually gives that Hocus Pocus feel although not nearly as fun as that. Is he really eating eyeballs? That's kind of intense for kids don't you think? It wasn't really all that interesting to be honest. Harland Williams kind of brought it down whenever he was on the screen. The evil dog was probably the best part of it all. Not what I was hoping from my favorite genre even if it's a kid movie. It had it's moments though just not enough to make this enjoyable.
