"First viewing - Jan. 9th Shudder Been seeing some love for Slaxx, but I was skeptical given the premise. Thankfully it delivered. It's a fun time with enough social commentary to prevent it from just being mindless. The cast is solid & the run time keeps it from overstaying its welcome. There's also one scene that had me laughing & cheering at the same time. I'll give it bonus points for making it worth sitting through its credits too. I wouldn't go so far as to call it great, but I enjoyed it "
