Midori/Shoujo Tsubaki/Mr. Arashi's Amazing Freakshow is know by many names, but still should be known as one of the most horrific films ever made. It is a 1992 Japanese animated film.

The story of Midori goes like this; a young girl is orphaned after the death of her mother (which is a very disgusting sight) who is then sold to a freakshow where she is abused by the other performers. When a midget magician joins the troupe things begin to change.
