First Viewing It's all exceptionally stupid, and the film is crazily scattershot, but Office Christmas Party is often surprisingly funny, thanks almost exclusively to the cast. This is a wild acting ensemble, a delirious ping pong game of character showmanship and while they look as though they're having fun, audience will find the lack of a solid script, and heart that's a throwback to this kind of light comedy.
