“So I was on Netflix and came across this little Gem. I love Ethiopia and what it offers in terms of culture. I have so many friends from there and my wife is from there as well. I always long to learn more about what is going on within it. I had never known about this in my time there. It makes sense though that this happens out there sadly. I don't really like Angelina Jolie too much as an actress, but when she gets involved with Ethiopia like this I always respect her. Anyways Ethiopia rarely does these kinds of serious and well produced films so I knew this one was a must see. I have seen a few intense films of theirs and they are always quite well done. I feel this one will turn out to be the best one. Yeah I've met people in Ethiopia who were beaten and they seemed so casual about it.” read more
