There are simply no ideas that Hollywood wouldn't consider too moronic. This sequel repeats the ideas of the first film without any originality: the main character, who is a night security guard, have to defend the museum and its magical creatures and prevent total chaos. The jokes are lame and the messy story never goes anywhere. There are better ways to waste your time than watching"
