"Miyuki Kanazawa works as a clerk for the city of Iwaki and lives with her father in temporary housing after the 2011 disaster. Her mother died in the tsunami and her father who was a farmer has lost his livelihood and now wastes time every day in a pachinko parlor and drinking heavily.
