Inder Saxena(Amitabh Bachchan) is a rich Casanova, who uses his money and powerful status in society to win over girls. Once, on business, he goes back to the small town where he attended college. There he bumps into his college buddy Prakash(Vinod Mehra), a simple minded and poor man.
