From The Superb To The Crap - Movies Seen In 2016 (284 movies items)

"This is a fascinating documentary about a Superman movie reboot that was never made in the mid 90's. Tim Burton was set to direct it with an unlikely star in Nicolas Cage about to take on the mantle of the Man Of Steel. The movie on paper sounded like a big mess but the action set pieces would have been incredible to see. Due to the Batman movies not doing too well at the time and several Warner Bros productions bombing at the box office, they decided to pull the plug a mere 3 weeks from working"
