Colorforms (2003)
The rich and proper parents of a little New York girl give her harp lessons and fine clothes, but she has other ideas. She smears paints on herself and the dog, throws spaghetti at dinner, and makes toothpaste sculptures at bedtime. Her parents leave her with her rich and proper grandfather to be disciplined. This seems to work, and they'll never know that he took her to the Hindu Phagwa festival where people throw colored powders on each other in happy parades.
