Description:
Apple (Nadja Uhl) owes her silly name to her mother Ingrid (Hannelore Elsner). She no longer wants to live in the chaotic way that she did during her childhood. She was conceived in a tent at a hippie beach in Torremolinos, Spain in 1967 when Apple's mother had a wild affair with Karl. Now, thirty years later, single girl Apple experiences one love disaster after another. She feels unique and understood only by her dog.
Although she is now over sixty, Ingrid, the former topless beach queen, remains a rebellious free spirit. She returns to Torremolinos as a tourist more than three decades later on an all-inclusive holiday. S
