Overall, very well constructed story. The character development is pretty good and has some nice humor thrown in the mix.

I had forgotten how weird Bleedman's comics used to be when he worked with Griddles. It's very edgy and uncomfortable at times. That is why I used to like about Grim Tales from Down Below, so that's a positive thing... I think. If anything, it's a thousand times better than what he's been writing recently.
