Aliens and Monsters Ever.

The original idea of creating portraits made entirely of vegetables, fruits, flowers, etc. belongs to Giuseppe Arcimboldo, the Italian painter of 16th century. German CG artist Till Nowak has continued this concept, and created 3D vegetable monster. The creature looks quite aggressive, though. All vegetarians should use this picture as their desktop themes LOL.
Although he’s technically supposed to be a merciless alien invader, Boris is far too compassionate for planetary conquest and instead “comes in peace”, quite often evading near-death capture by the various worlds he visits.
This is a promotion print of the Bick’s alien produced by Hatch Studios Ltd.The original project can be found here.
Sammy is the figment of the imagination of Canadian CG designer Richard Rosenman, who produced this character for his personal
satisfaction and also invented Sammy’s story. Sammy travels the galaxy for the sole purpose of “disturbing the peace”. He is known by many as “The Troublemaker”, or more simply put, “The Troubler”. Although Sammy may appear to be quite reptilian in
nature, he is actually quite a ladies man and has a bad habit of getting caught red handed by his multiple girlfriends across the galaxy. Currently, there are several hundred arrest warrants for him due to fraud.
Fantastic cartoony character Bobby Bubble is off the charts! Just can’t stop laughing when I look at it.
The artist used “Helexa” painting by Brom as the concept for this work. Yet he didn’t intend to make the exact copy of it. Superb textures, skin and muscles strike most.
This is the cutest devil ever, perhaps. Michael van den Bosch has given the character a great personality, and worked out the smallest detail of it. Just have a look at mouth, teeth and horns! Awesome!
This mascot-creature was created by Bulgarian 3D Graphics artist Kosta Atanasov for a 3D contest. Nice work – great modeling and detailed skin texture.
A very Impressive work made by British 3D Graphics artist Julian Jeremy Johnson-mortimer. Very natural light and textures, awesome rendering!
This creature is the oddest one…and a bit scary. That’s because of its wide smile, I think. I can’t define who it is ;) . Octopus plus buffoon plus Cheshire cat’s smile.
Gladiator monster with the shy expression ;) . The illumination looks really good and the selection of the wide color range is great.
This model is the 3D masterpiece indeed! So shocking ugly creature! Have a look at its face – it is so emotional, though I can’t quite read what he’s thinking but you know his mind is on something!
A really expressive idea was used for this fat meat monster! The lighting, skin, and the reflections on the glass are beyond all praise.
Funny microworld inhabitans made by Eugene Dranov aka Dranik. Great characters design, beautiful render, lighting and colors, especially water. Sunny paradise for microorganisms!
One more superbly detailed work by Damien Canderle. Skin textures and eyes strike most.
This alien was created by Damien while he was beta testing Zbrush3. The creature is so realistic! Ugh!
One of the most hilarious monster I have ever seen. So colorful, a little bit hipped! Superb lighting and texturing as well.
Cool creature made be French CG artist Damien Canderle. Damien is known for his complex models with perfect renders, lighting and shades.
Very cool concept of mutant plant. I like the rendering and the details arround the plant.

Attention! The following post is not for the faint-hearted! Goose-bumpy side effect was detected!

In case you are dare-devil, this cherishingly created selection of 3D creatures is just for you. Hope it will amaze, dazzle, scare and make your hair stand!
