The Way of the Grail

Click on the pics- of places, films and paintings associated with the Holy Grail. The Grail is linked in interwoven tales with Joseph of Arimathea, the Knights of St John, Medieval chivalry and the Arthurian legends (which were originally Welsh). These things appealed strongly to Victorian romantics, the Pre-Raphaelite artists and Tennyson among others. Not forgetting Dan Brown and Da Vinci. Of course the grail could only be found by pure hearts.
