Thor (2011)
An awesome start to an awesome summer. Being a DC fan, I know little to none of the Marvel that is Thor (haha see that I did there?). I don't know if it's that or the fact that I am in love with Natalie Portman and in my eyes she can't do wrong, but I thought Thor was amazing. Thor's made it my favourite heroes (movie-wise, I still need to read up on comic-Thor). Definitely pumped for the avenger movie.

X-Men: First Class (2011)
Has some good and some bad to it. One of my biggest criticism I suppose is the treatment of the character that is Mystique. She's soft and not at all the way Mystique should be. But hey, Magneto was pretty awesome.

Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011)
I was a little bit hesitant to see this having not exactly seen the first one. Actually I think I saw most of the first one just not the end. ANYWAY, enough ramble, point is, this movie was pretty awesome. The animation was clever, the dialogue hilarious and the all-star-cast was just simply icing. One of the best movies I've seen in 3D too.

The Hangover: Part II (2011)
I was a little disappointed that it was almost exactly like the first one. But as a friend pointed out, what exactly was I expecting? Well something more that's for sure.

Green Lantern (2011)
I don't know why this was getting such horrible reviews. I thought it was pretty solid. And I seem to be the only person in the world who likes it. A shame really. I would have wanted a sequel. I mean, the movie does set it up for a sequel but because of the negative feedback, I don't know if that'll pull through.

I don't even know why I watched this. I didn't think I would like it, and you know what? I didn't like it. Nothing was happening. At one point in the film, they were stuck inside a falling building for what felt like an hour. Seriously. Get better stuff.

Probably Won't See
It has long been a Hollywood tradition to release blockbuster films during the months of Summer to truly capitalize on their endeavors.
The Summer months ranges but I figure it should be during the months of May-August.
The list has three parts
1: Movies I've seen and general comments
2: Movies I haven't seen and why
3: Movies I probably won't be seeing (Though if someone tells me otherwise, I might give it a try)
List in Progress!
